Refund

​We kindly ask you to provide the following information as accurately and completely as possible so we can process your refund without delay. Please note that any missing details may result in a delay. Our refund policy, as outlined in your Registration Letter, is included below.

Refund Policy

1. If in case your visa is refused (except the wrong documentation, point 2), the deposit of the tuition fee will be refunded with a deduction of 500 Euros as an administration Fees within 8 to 12 weeks upon the reception of the official refusal documents from the concerned French Embassy or Consulate.

2. If in any case your visa is rejected with submission of false documents to the French Embassy, then no refund will be provided to you.

3. If you do not appear at the Campus for the above-mentioned program, then no refund will be provided to you.

4. For any of the reason, if you revoke your admission after paying any type of part payment of the total fee as a fee deposit to reserve your seat then no refund will be provided to you.
